Marmoleum production depends entirely on the environment, so as long as there is sun and rain, marmoleum can be manufactured. Marmoleum is very hygienic and anti-static. After its long life as a floor, it is completely biologically degradable. Which means it will not harm the environment when being disposed, it will naturally degrade with nature.
